The second Summerlab 2019 event will work on astronomy and the dissemination of everything related to it, with the aim of providing a meeting point for experts and people interested in the topic. Thus, the Summerlab activity programme joins the traditional citizen astronomy Meeting that Hirikilabs is organising for the fourth consecutive year and which includes the collaboration of the Aranzadi Science Society so that on this occasion a practical workshop can also be added, as a result of the work by the citizen astronomy group, which meets every Wednesday at the laboratory. 

The first editions of the citizen astronomy Meeting focused on the observation of the Perseids, which usually occurs at this time of the year. This year, and due to the conditions of the night sky because of the presence of the moon, these observations will not be possible during the meeting and another type of activity will be carried out.
