Moving imagen contours exhibition's research group

Con-texts is a research group related to the exhibitions that take place in Tabakalera. The members use to meet monthly with the aim of generating 'collective toolboxes' for deepen the content of the exhibitions, enable new ideas and debates. The group works on materials such as texts, films and part of related exhibitions with the intention of, gradually, self-training on issues related to contemporary art.

The group will be launched within the first exhibition of Tabakalera, entitled Moving image contours: points for a surrounding movement,  The exhibition revolves around the concept of the audiovisual medium from the outside and seeks references and relationships with other languages or situations where it is hybridised. 

Between October and December will perform activities like visits to the exhibition, projections, project related text readings etc.

The sessions will take place monthly (second Tuesday) and will start on October 13, with a duration of two hours and a half per session.
