Based on a films and authors selection, the filmmaker Víctor Erice proposes a series of views, readings and lectures to reflect about the presence of fiction in documentary and the traces of documentary in fictional works. The workshop is completed by a total retrospective of Víctor Erice's filmography
organized by the Basque Film Archive, an encounter between Víctor Erice and Pedro Costa organized by the Basque Film Archive and DSS2016 and the screening of the last film by the Portuguese director as part of our Contemporary Cinema film series.
