Haurrentzako Animac Tabakaleran = Animac infantil en Tabakalera = Animac for children at Tabakalera = Animac pour les enfants à Tabakalera

Animac, the International Animated Film Festival of Catalonia, it’s a non-competitive exhibition addressed to those artists who use the animation as tool for their personal expression. Transgressing and questioning the limits of the traditional narrative, it seeks visionaries, independent and risky works that boosts and enriches the expressive capacities of the animated films.

Arteleku (Donostia-San Sebastian) collaborated for several years with Animac and organised activities, workshops and projections related to the Festival. In 2009 Tabakalera joined this collaboration and it hosted, on the 6th of March, the Animac program for children: an animation workshop and a screening of best animation films for children.
