BELAKO It has energy, the ability to hypnotise and empathy, as well as the necessary quality and intuition to round off the second record. The second record usually raises the fears and doubts of artists, but the twelve songs they have created are enough: they are rounded and sharp, and noise, post punk and electronic music are combined, when mixed with the melodies with a pop cadence, influenced by Seattle and punk. They walk solidly on these foundations, accompanied by perfect and elegant bass melodies. These words are repeated to praise the path and the live concerts of the band. Through this record, they have shown that it is not a coincidence that they got the Independent Music Award and Rolling Stone’s Best New Band Award in 2014.
