Presentation of the Prime Time project. An attractive programme aimed at a huge audience, always taking the content of the main contemporary challenges or the lighthouses as a starting point. This project suggested making quality television -based on the values and culture of Donostia 2016-, emphasising the educational power of the main mass media and reviewing the concept of 'public' in television.
