Ibaia ez da toki bat = El río no es un lugar

We wanted to achieve an artistic approach to the Urumea river, and workshops to develop awareness about the river through audiovisual material and other tools were held. Theoretical and practical sessions were combined, and the programme lasted three days. How can we film the present? Can the time-flow be stored in 25 instants per second? Can the audiovisual format register permanent movement and flow? In order to reflect on these questions, we wanted to provide citizens with the appropriate tools, so they could tell how they see the river and how they experience their relationship with the river.
