Concurso jóvenes valores en la cocina
The Basque Culinary Center and Donostia 2016 organized a competition to encourage young chefs under 30 to design new gastronomic proposals based on the new concept of "pop-up restaurant".
The contest "Young values in the kitchen" was part of the project "Creativity between cookers", which started on May 13, and its three winners had the opportunity to develop their gastronomic proposal in a restaurant "pop-up" in the Basque Culinary Center of Donostia. The three winners were: The palate of the earth, by Bryan Sebastián Bohórquez Velasco; Moli, by José Luis Ruiz; Foodball, by David Martí.
