As the French sinologist Jean François Billeter reminds us, it is absurd to say that because the gesture cannot be transmitted by means of the word there is therefore something “unutterable” about it, and to suggest that it is “unknowable”. As the various interpretations of Taoism demonstrate, the ways of relating language to human action are multiple and varied. 

Following this path, two Tai Chi Chuan masters will tell us about the relationships that occur between consciousness, observation and exercise.
