Cut and paste and organize and built and trace and add and deduc and collage. The Programa 07 has as a reference the artistic technique of adding diverse elements, in order to create an “all” and proposes a reflection about the arte of assembly: from the black and white vanguards, to the contemporary pixel from the cut and copy era.

We have invited the audiovisual programer and artist Gloria Vilches, in order to organizes a program, that starts with her personal realte and reflection about collage’s history and continues with a workshop where you can practice the use of scissors.

And now we will change from hands to eyes, with two projection sessions proposed by Vilches: on one hand, experimental short-films that use the cut and paste technique; on the other hand, a vanguard experimental-cinema classic: the film Las margaritas by Věra Chytilová.

The program will be finished by inviting the artist Usoa Fullaondo, so that she tell us about the use of the collage on her artistic works.
