Entzumenaren behatokia = Observatorio de la escucha = Listening observatory

By formulating the idea of a listening observatory in an almost literal way, this proposal aims to create a space for debate and dialogue about the soundscape. Through the participation of people from diverse places with diverse experiences (art, culture, urbanism, social sciences...), the programme includes discussions, lectures, recitals, hearings and other public activities.
